 You will be implementing, and designing original, innovative, and compelling games alongside a team of passionate and talented individuals. This candidate should be highly self-motivated and display exceptional creativity and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be an expert in crafting engaging, detailed, and balanced games while managing tight deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage, motivate and serve cross-functional mobile game development teams
  • Oversee full feature development cycles, from pre-production to live operations
  • Create and manage project plans and schedules to yield efficient results of key deliverables
  • Manage live products and features post-launch including theming, writing copy and maintaining a product-driven vision for live operations events
  • Uphold internal production process and procedure while proactively assisting with their improvement
  • Research and keep up with mobile game market trends, patterns, and best practices
  • Develop, maintain and publish project KPI’s that track project quality, delivery and predictability
  • Establish regular communication with team and key stakeholders to provide project status updates and to ensure quality standards are upheld


REQUIREMENTS


  • 3+ years of managing cross functional game development teams
  • 1+ years experience managing the development and shipment of AAA titles on iOS and Android platforms
  • Passion and strong understanding of mobile games
  • Highly motivated to push projects to completion and success
  • Proficient in JIRA, spreadsheets, bug tracking software, and code management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and possesses strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Experience managing a large project with Agile/Scrum project management principles and practices
  • This role requires highly developed leadership skills and the ability to establish credibility and influence within team as well as 3rd party partners
