You will be implementing, and designing original, innovative, and compelling games alongside a team of passionate and talented individuals. This candidate should be highly self-motivated and display exceptional creativity and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be an expert in crafting engaging, detailed, and balanced games while managing tight deadlines. COVID-19 Protocol:
Our employees are currently given the option to either work remotely from home, OR from the studio. Our entire interview and onboarding process can be completed from the comfort of your own home. Please note, this role will be required to be in commuting distance from our office location 200-369 Terminal Avenue as we may require the role to be present at the office for business reasons. 


  • Plan, organize and control the various stages of the development cycle and scheduling involved in the production of mobile games to yield efficient results of key deliverables;
  • Establish regular communication with team and stakeholders to provide project status updates and to ensure quality standards are upheld;
  • Engage with directors and other production personnel, supervise all technical personnel;
  • Maintain production archives and may plan and control the budget pertaining to a particular production;
  • Manage, motivate and serve cross-functional mobile game development teams
  • Manage live products and features post-launch including theming, writing copy and maintaining a product-driven vision for live operations events;
  • Uphold internal production process and procedure while proactively assisting with their improvement;
  • Develop, maintain and publish project KPI’s that track project quality, delivery and predictability.


  • 3+ years of managing cross functional game development teams
  • 1+ years experience managing the development and shipment of AAA titles on iOS and Android platforms
  • Passion and strong understanding of mobile games
  • Highly motivated to push projects to completion and success
  • Proficient in JIRA, spreadsheets, bug tracking software, and code management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and possesses strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Experience managing a large project with Agile/Scrum project management principles and practices
  • This role requires highly developed leadership skills and the ability to establish credibility and influence within team as well as 3rd party partners


  • PMP Certification
  • Have experience working on game projects based off known IP
  • BA/BS in related discipline or technical equivalent
