IUGO is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team. As an IT Manager at IUGO, you will be managing the IT team and be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal network, team-facing core services, on-site/off-site servers and corporate IT compliance. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on expert in Linux administration and networking concepts. They should also be highly self-motivated with a strong service-oriented mindset and display exceptional problem solving skills and leadership in providing IT support to our game teams. COVID-19 Protocol:
The IT Manager role will have a hybrid work schedule working both in the studio and at home. Our entire interview and onboarding process can be completed from the comfort of your own home. 


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage IT team’s roadmap and embrace a service-oriented approach
  • Mentor and impart technical knowledge and processes to other system administrators
  • Work closely with corporate on compliance planning and processes
  • Architecture and management of internal network, server systems, and critical services
  • Install, configure, test and maintain new hardware and software
  • Develop health checks monitoring for on-site and off-site servers
  • Oversee internal network/system operational processes and disaster alert and recovery
  • Perform regular performance and security audits on IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to operational procedures, configurations, backups, security, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with others in a collaborative environment helping to attain their goals


REQUIREMENTS


  • Responsible and thorough with record keeping and documentation
  • Strong ability in both written and verbal communications
  • Expert level Linux administration skills
  • Advanced level VMWare/VSphere knowledge
  • Advanced level LDAP knowledge
  • Advanced level scripting skills and firewall knowledge
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with one or more Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, etc)
  • Experience with server monitoring technologies
  • Experience with server security and processes
  • Willing to do some maintenance work outside of studio hours to reduce production impact
